On - -, 2015 I enter Chase Bank located at - - -, - -, Fl. A Chase Relationship Banker Assisted in Processing a Balance Transfer in the amount of $170.00 plus a $5.00 transfer fee to my Chase Credit Card. On - -, 2015 the Balance Transfer was approved and completed and posted to my Chase Credit Card Account. On - -, 2015 I received a letter from - - Payments Investigations Stating - Cards received my Payment, but were unable to identify me having an account with - - to apply the Payment. On - -, 2015 I faxed - --Payment Investigation a letter informing - - the payment of $170.00 - - received was an error and need to be returned immediately, nor I do not have an account with - -. Shortly I was made aware of the balance transfer payment received by the incorrect recipient, I contacted the Chase Relationship Banker whom assisted with the balance transfer to inform/correct the issue. On - -, 2015 the Chase Relationship Banker contacted Chase Credit Card Processing Center and inform them of the error. The Chase Relationship Banker stated to me there will be cancellation of the -
the payment was received by - - -, and was unable to cancel the transfer or request changes. On or about - -, 2015 - - - sent me a pass due statement with late fees included. I Contacted Chase Relationship Banker and inform him of the letter received from Chase Payment Research Operation dated - -, 2015 and the Pass due statement from - - -. Chase Relationship Banker contacted Chase Credit Cards Processing Center early - 2015 and inform them, the payment was sent to wrong/incorrect address and given them ( Chase Credit Cards Processing Center ) the correct mailing address of the recipient. On or about - -, 2015 I received a Pass due statement from - - - with late fees included. As of - -, 2015 this issue of the balance transfer has not been resolve/ corrected, leaving me with the amount of $170.00 plus late fees due, a total of $240.00. Prior to - -, 2015 I did not had any derogatory/delinquents on my Credit Report and a Credit Score of -, as a result of this issue not being resolved by Chase Credit Card in a timely manner there was a report to the Credit Bureau of a delinquent pass due payment which is not true and affected my Credit Score to be lower to -. As of - -, 2015 Chase has returned to my Chase Credit Card the Balance Transfer of $170.00 plus the $5.00 transfer fee. I am requesting Chase Bank take responsibility for their error in this matter and any and all harm to me/credit as a result of their error. The amount of $170.00 plus late fees, a total of $240.00 are due before - -, 2015. Chase Bank had ampler amount of time to correct their error in this matter, in failing to do so, has cause me harm. This balance transfer payment of $170.00 plus $5.00 transfer fee was completed on - -, 2015. Chase sent the payment to the incorrect recipient/address. this matter was said to corrected by a Chase Relationship Banker on - or more occasions. I am requesting Chase take responsibility.
