Now - have I disputed these - accounts ... I was the victim of identity theft and I have submitted the police report and decision letter by the Social Security Administration issuing me a new social security number to both - and Trident Asset Mgmt. I 've exhausted Over 2 months with disputing these - inaccurate records and they still have n't deleted the - accounts from my credit report. I have provided all required by FCRA to show proof of identity theft from which I suffered. They have also blatantly lied to - - or - has conceded without proper investigation into the inaccuracy of these accounts - and reported that I had never directly communicated with them, and even ... that they had no contact information for me. I can provide mail from Trident Asset Management that verifies contact initiated by me and their response. Now this company is feigning lack of contact information for me. Their conduct is a direct violation of the FCRA and at this point I 've suffered irreparable harm as a direct result from the - accounts remaining on my credit report. They have even defrauded CFPB by reporting that they had no contact information for me ... and further, that I had n't communicated with them directly.
