- - has been using ghost '' collection agencies to continue to harass me for months. -, - -, and Stellar Recovery are in fact - - employees falsely claiming to be collection agents. What they are doing is making an end run around the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Notwithstanding my best efforts - - has yet to provide me with written proof of this debt even after multiple written requests for this information. Stellar Recovery has called my cell phone over - times and has yet to provide me proof of this debt.
