Charged fees or interest I didn't expect Missouri
I am elderly, single woman on fixed monthly income, who is caught in a pay loan trap. I applied for a loan at Ameri-Cash Loan to pay for another pay loan ( - ) that I am currently in. I borrowed $400.00 unaware that the terms and the interest of the loan. The schedule terms of the loan has me paying back a total of $1300.00. Initially applying for the loan, the representative did not fully explain or was he totally honest regarding the terms and interest. This loan has cause me a great deal of financial difficulties, based upon advise from others I have requested a settlement to close out the loan only to be denied and threaten with legal actions. I have uploaded copies of the contracts and request your help to resolve this matter.
