Wells Fargo Credit card department,
My name is - - - - and I opened a Wells Fargo Credit card back in - of 2015. As of - this year the bank had not reported any of payment activities to the credit bureau contrary to their credit reporting policy which states that they need to report all accounts on a monthly basis. I 'm trying to accomplish a credit history using this Credit card and as result of their deceptive and unfair business practices I 'm not able to do. I reached to Wells Fargo by phone, in writing and even went to the branch and worked with a banker to resolve the issue but it remained uncorrected.
