JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I signed up for a - that has an annual fee when I was traveling a lot for work and could benefit from the benefits offered with that card. I no longer travel for work and I no longer want the benefits associated with that card and I want to convert it to a card with no annual fee. Chase bank does not offer a credit card with no fee that can be assigned to this line of credit. The only option they gave me is to cancel my line of credit. ( or a card with a lower annual fee which is not acceptable ) This would have a negative effect on my credit rating because my credit usage would go up, and my life of credit would go down, resulting in a reduction of my - score. This is not fair. they are holding my - score hostage. This is extortion.
