Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

The Collection Agency : Eastern Account System is reporting a Medicall Bill that is not mine of $170.00 since -. I called them back in - and spoke with someone name - and she explained me that this bill was related to medical bill under my daughters name from her pediatrician - -. I explained her that I got divorce in - and faxed her my divorce agreement where it clearly states that I am not responsible for the medical bills. My exwife got a new job and changed her insurance company , - - was unable to update her file and decided to report the bill as uncollectable, funny as we still remain my daughters -. Anyway, at that time, I had to suscribe to Experian to track this resolution and yes, after a couple of months it was removed. Years later, now in -/-/- I did realize that the bill is again back in my Credit Report, this has impacted my FICO score and I was financially affected at the time I requested a car lease. I demand resolution and an a formal appology.
