Clear Credit Solutions Company left voicemail, claiming a serious claim will be filed against me if I do not respond to their call referencing a Claim number and stating that serious allegations were made against me and will be pursued if I or my representative do not respond to their call.. The company 's representative did not leave his name identifying himself or what potential claim or creditor or debt the represent. This is clearly abusive and bullying in an attempt to collect a debt. The message never stated that they were attempting to collect a debt. It stated that serious allegations have been submitted and a claim will be filed against me. The message has left me shaken and unwell as I am - and have - concerns. This practice is clearly in violation of both State and Federal Fair Debt Collections Act. The message has been archived as evidence that the statement I am making is accurate.
