Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

I had an account with - - - ( - ), a checking account ... I was to collect money to make payments to a lawyer ... A person that was suppose to deposit money to my account deposited a check for Approximately 4,000.00 dollars ... I was waiting for the check to clear, a day. The next day I checked my account to see if the check had cleared ... It had NOT cleared ... They said they were going to send the check back to the sender and they were going to place a bad comment on my CheckSystems account ... They then closed my account ... I have tried to open another account, but I ca n't because of their bad comment on the ChekSystems about me ... I did not do anything to deserve this bad comment ... It was not me who tried to defraud the - ... It is their bad comment that has hurt me ... I am a - Veteran and I need a way to do banking .... I am very careful with my banking and have never done anything to create a problem with an account .... This a very unfair practice of - .... They should n't be able to hurt someone and not be accountable for it ...
