Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay California

We have been paying on this debt for - months ( it is being automatically withdrawn via debit card ) and had no idea there was any problem with this payment. We recieved a voicemail threatening to bring - police officers to our house if we did not pa y and that the state department was involved.There was not an attempt to resolve issue in a businesslike manner, just a very threatening message. This company also left a similar message on - of our family members voice mails and said the police and state department were looking for me and gave him all kinds of false information. I have made contact and gave this payment over the phone.
