Now The Law Office of Fredrick J Hanna '' has the acct and is trying to collect $3200.00. I called them in - of this year and we settled on $920.00. They said they would send out a settlement agreement. I called them back today to see if it was mailed and was told there is no record of me calling nor of any settlement amount. My wife and I are trying to purchase a home and this is the only thing in the way. I agree to pay my debt and a little something extra from the collectors troubles, but now it seems like they want me to pay the full $3200.00.
