Medical Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Florida
I received a letter from First Federal Credit Control, Inc.indicating that I have been placed in collections by a creditor ( - ). I called First Federal - today and was advised that - - from - wants to collect $460.00. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and gave the hospital the name of my vehicle insurance company ( - ). I have never received a bill from - - and feel strongly that he ( or she ) should have contacted me if - did not cover the charges for accident which took place in -/-/-. I am concerned that the doctor waited until -/-/- to send me to collections without - sending me a bill.
