A - office enters into an written agreement to accept the insurance payment as complete payment for his groups services. He charged me and my ex wife $30000.00 for operation and accepted that I will receive what the insurance company pays up to this amount and anything over this amount would go to his office. He has renagged on this written agreement and sent the case for collection to Credit Consulting Services. I provided our contract with the doctor to CSC That should our payment and agreement with the doctor 's office but CSC still keep trying to collect a non existent debt from me and my ex wife.
