Trident Asset Management Is using unethical practices. - they changed the open date from - too - on an account so that they could report past the statute of limitations. I have the supporting documentation for this and sent letters to both - - -. - of where they did this. Trident Asset Management Is also reporting - collections from - & - as current accounts that are delinquent on my - report taking my payments from 100 % to 60 %. A few months ago I sent letters to each credit bureau asking them to remove old accounts that expired their statue dates. The Bureau 's obliged and did so with the exception of Trident 's - that fall under this complaint because they had a few months left. Hence - they are now changing dates to get back at me and try to report longer. And they are also reporting collections accounts as original creditors and not as collections as they should be on my - report. Actually the - from - should have expired anyway but they are still reporting it. I do not believe this an accident, How many mistakes can - company make? I believe they are doing this as to spite me for asking the credit bureau 's to remove their accounts.
