Security Credit Services , LLC has failed to prove correct date of - Delinquency for an amount owed to the original creditor, - and has been reporting the collection account on my - Credit Bureau Report. Pursuant to the FCDBA Debt Vericiation must be furnished in order to report adverse account on my Credit Bureau Report and thus - - - has also violated the FCRA. They have reported Experian with incorrect Date Of - Delinquency. To my knowledge the date of - Delinquency is in early - and not - - as reported by Security Credit Services , LLC. I am demanding Debt Verification from - - - and they must establish the following:1. Proof that the collection company owns the debt/or has been assigned the debt. 2. A copy of a statement from the original creditor including the amount of the debt and complete payment history ( Established by - v. - - -, - - - and - -, -, - - -, - - - 3. Copy of the original signed loan agreement or credit card application. If Security Credit Services , LLC can not furnish the requested Debt Verification or Correction, they must remove the collection account from my - Credit Bureau Report. If they keep reporting it, they are clearly violating the FCRA guidelines and I have the right to sue Security Credit Services , LLC for $1000.00 in damages in addition to court costs. - Credit Reporting Agency, - Credit Bureau also must provide Method Of Verification '' of the alleged Security Credit Services , LLC account. - and Security Credit Services, are both causing me financial harm by continuing to report the negative account incorrectly.
