Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Wisconsin

I am a - veteran. Several times as a -, WI veteran, the VA send me to the - hospital and clinics to be treated and they ( the Veteran Affairs Office ) pays them directly. In particular I have several debts that a ) never received notice of ; never given a chance to dispute until this year ; and they immediately sent this information to the credit bureau and collections which have failed to inform, notify or head my numerous attempts to dispute this debt. The debt collectors from - - hospital from - 2009 assert that I owe $220.00 from care they provided on behalf of the VA. Despite more than - phone calls, and letters from the VA verifying they are going to pay it but they may some bureaucratic snafu, they still have this report on my credit report, I am not late, nor do I owe this debt!!
