Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Kentucky
I was in a lease in 2001, I turned the vehicle in and - - bank signed off that nothing was owed and everything was in good repair. Now they are trying to come after me for money, $1700.00 when I never even owned a debt in the first place. This has been over 14 years ago, I do not even owe it and they are trying to garnish my wages and charging over 200 % interest. This is illegal. - - bank has no record of it, obviously this is fraud. I believe they constantly harass me because I am a woman as well, this is not even a debt, they brought this from the woodwork and cannto provide me documentation of it, nor can - -, it is fraud.
