I was called by the number -. I was asked to verify my name. I did. I asked who was calling. They did n't answer the question, but instead asked me to verify my social security number. I told them I was not giving some stranger on the phone my security number if they would n't even tell me who is calling. The caller ( a woman ) rudely said she would mark on my file my failure to cooperate ''. She then hung up. I looked up the phone number on the internet and it belongs to Medical Revenue Services in Florida. Failure to cooperate '' should NOT be listed in any file pertaining to me when the caller FAILED to identify their identity to me or why they were calling. I feel this is a fraudulent practice and such practices should be ceased!
