In recently signed up for credit report info on credit Karma.com and noticed a collections account from a company called IQ International. I have never been contacted by this company in regards to this debt via email, postal mail or telephone. In addition, when I sought them out -calling them inquiring about this debt on my own accord to learn more information on it, the staff member was extremely rude and derogatory. I stated several times that I had never been notifed by her company about this supposed debt and as such I asked to speak to a Supervisor at this time ; the employee refused to transfer my call stating that until we work out a plan to settle the debt, she would not transfer the call. I listened to the alleged charges - when I asked to have a written copy sent to me as I was going to dispute them due to inaccuracy, she refused. I stated that this was unethical practice and would seek an attorney if necessary and she said that my account was noted '' it would not be reduced, or ammended and must be paid in full and that she would not send out any documents to me so have my attorney call them,
