I tried to apply for account with - -. I was declined because Equifax - for being a victim of fraud in the past. Unfortunately, there is no way to dispute or get removed from this -. Equifax maintains and sells this - ( of all past victims ) because it considers them guilty and part of the problem. I have several banks reject me similarly because of this blacklist in the past. I filed complaints ( eg Case number : - -, however, Equifax refused to remove me from -. Equifax is acting as an underground court deciding who is criminal and who is not. Equifax is not a court of law and is not authorized by any govt agency to assume all victims of fraudulent transactions as criminals.
