Focus Receivables has called my number at least - times with a voice automated message that it was attempt to collect debt. I called them back and spoke to - - @ -. She said that I owed comcast an early termination fee from back in - on a business line. I explained to her that there was no early termination fee as it was waived because I upgraded an account simultaneously when this was closed. I told her I had the paperwork that I could show them and already spent 4 months with - trying to resolve the issue. She was not interested in any explanation and said that I simply owe the debt ''
