Portfolio Recovery Associates, Inc. Credit card department,
I had a credit card with - - bank in 2000 when I wAs - I was going to pay but was not able to come to agreement on terms. Portfolio recovery has been harrassing me for the past 11 years and even the letter states it will not be reporting to the credit bureau so I see no point and they call almost everyday and i think they should leave me alone I have other priorities as far as my health.
