I have repeatedly asked -, as well as their Collection Agency, LVNV Funding, AKA Resurgent Capital Services '' to delete this file, and report the deletion the the Credit Reporting Agencies and they refuse to delete the negative information. This is negatively affecting my credit, as well as potential employment.
