On -/-/- I had a brief hospital stay at - -. As I was leaving the hospital, I paid my anticipated charges '' in the amount of about $400.00. My balance ended up being around $600.00 total and was paid the following month after I was sent a bill by - -. That month I was also contacted by Evergreen Professional Recovery stating that I owed money to them for services rendered by - -. These bills had already been paid and I spoke with - - and got everything cleared up and eventually switch insurance providers. Earlier this month ( nearly five years after paying this bill ) I received a phone call from - at Evergreen Professional Recovery on -/-/- and again on -/-/- stating that they are trying to collect on this debt. They have not been able to provide me with any paperwork. - suggested on -/-/- that I call - - to clear up this issue. I called - - -/-/- and was informed that I had no balance on my former account.
