Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Via - -, a general contractor advertising landscape improvement financing with zero interest rate, we secured from Wells Fargo - - a loan in the amount of $35000.00. The balance of the loan/credit card - of $17000.00 was due on - -, 2015. We did n't receive the statement for - or any letter advising us that the balance on the loan/Visa was due in full of - -, 2015 otherwise we would have to pay Deferred Interest charge for $11000.00. The Deferred Interest or fine is more than 66 % of the balance! How can CFPB, FDIC or any agency allow financial institution to pay on consumers this way?
