Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Texas

I recently applied for a loan online and most of the websites that offer this services online, are confusing so I never understood when I applied for a loan or not because at the end - or more windows popped up with more applications and they were all confusing, however the ones that I successfully submitted were denied. So I requested my credit report for the agency ( Clarity Services and - - ) and the one from - - is ok, but the one from - Services came out with information that did n't make happy at all. The report says that my SSN is false!!! And all my information is real, I have a real SSN and a way to prove it. Also my name is spelled wrong, and I am sure I never used my name with Z '', my name is - and they used - ( which means happy in - ) So I called them but never answered the phone and I am very upset because the report is wrong and I have n't been able to get the loan I need for an emergency I have. Please help me.
