I have big problem with Chase credit card.I went in under Debt Relief program to get out of debts.All credit card companies did right for me, except Chase. Chase closed my account -/-/2012 and discharged my debt of $2600.00. They sent me form - so I can file taxes for that amount what I did. I though this problem is solved but I find out through Credit reports that it is not! Chase has been keeping reporting to agencies that my debt is charged-off with a current balance of $3200.00 still owed to Chase!!! They even increased the amount and they claim I still owe them the whole amount of $3200.00. I filed few requests with Credit Report Agencies for investigations, but nothing ever changed at my Credit reports, ( - and - ), it changed in - report that I owe them $0.00. I even called Chase to resolve this problem, but they keep claiming I owe them $3200.00 even when I confront them with the form - they sent me, and that I claimed taxes for them to the IRS and that they claimed that as a loss to the IRS, so they should report Credit Report Agencies they have to report that account is charged-off and balance is $0.00. Chase kept ignoring it and they still keep claiming I owe them $3200.00 and they want me to pay it off!
