Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Florida

I took out a loan over the phone with -/Delbert & westernsky for - at a monthly payment of - a month but after 6 months they said I still owe - and they also put it on my credit and they are not even license my husband had past a way and that left me in a bad financial burden but I did pay them what I borrowed.
