I received a letter from Enhanced recovery regarding an alleged debt dated on -. I responded to the letter asking for validation of the debt, I have attached the letter and copy of the tracking receipt. I have not received any validation to date but today I received notification on my credit report that the debt was reported. This is clearly a violation of federal law and a blatant of the Texas - code. I will also file a complain with the Texas State attorney general 's office.
