Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued w/o proper notification of suit Florida

CAVALRY SPV I LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF -, has filed a summons with the - - - - court in Florida. They are suing me for a debt that I do owe to a credit card company. I have never received any form of communication from this debt collector ''. The only reason I even learned of the summons is because I filed for divorce in - county Florida and I was checking my case. How can someone sue me when they have never sent me any form of communication nit even a phone call. When I found out about this summons, I called the law firm of - -, whom is representing the debt collector. After about a week they finally returned my phone call only to threaten me, by telling me that they will win their judgement against me and when they do I will be ruined and my credit will suffer even worse than it already has and that employers check your credit now so I would have a hard time finding employment. I am a single mom of - trying to put myself through school so I can make a better life for them. I have no car, no job, and we live with my parents. When I explained this to - from the law office she told me to get money from my parents. My parents are having a hard enough time trying to take care of us as it is. I do not have any way of paying them at this time. She told me she would call me back in a week. I have never heard of this company, they never sent me any form of communication about my debt, and now they are suing me. Please help.
