FHA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Florida

I was denied a loan modification from my bank. I was not given a detailed explanation over the phone by bank representative -. Also I did not receive anything in the mail about my loan modification being denied. If I did not call in to ask I would have not known anything. - said they have to mail me a letter because she could not see a denial letter in my file that she could have emailed to me.
