My mortgage is being serviced by Bayview. I 've been charged a rec corp advance '' fee ( $140.00 ) which I am told is due to a recent appraisal of my home. This is not on the national schedule of fees, I never agreed to it, and they have refused to take it off my bill. I 'd like it removed from my bill.
