Dear CFPB Representative - I have never a response made by LVNV in reference to account -, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I - found out about LVNV from - credit reports in 2013. Resurgent/LVNV Funding, LLC has failed to provide legal validation or a dunning letter in accordance with Fair Debt Collection Practices ACT ( FDCPA ). I am demanding proof that this debt is mine and will require a copy of the original contract under which the credit account was obtained, as well as monthly statements since the debt was purchased ; itemized with the interest, payments, credits, fees, and /or other permissible charges. I would like to have this account deleted from my - credit report and I will also be filing a separate report with BBB. Regards,
