JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
My monthly minimum payments are 5 %. I pay my payment every month but since it is so large I have to use the card to pay other bills, so I can never reduce or pay off my amount owed. I think that a 5 % minimum payment is excessive. I would like to pay down my debt but will never be able to at this rate.
