Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Colorado
In -, -, I lost my job, and was still paying my credit card bill, until -, -, when I was just unable to pay my Washington Mutual Bank credit card anymore. I have enclosed my last statement I paid in - of -. Please note the amount was $4900.00. Consequently, a judgement was filed against me in the summer of -, for the amount of $5900.00. That amount difference was understandable and I planned to pay whenever I got a job. That did n't happen. Finally, in - of - I was able to get a job and pay on other garnishments, from - - - - -. Now, I see that - - - has filed to revive the judgement that - - had filed on behalf of - -, - this time for the amount of $9700.00. I do feel that - - - is doing this out of a vendetta they have towards me. I feel that the garnishment should not be revived because of - reasons : - - - - - bought this specifically because my name was on it, and - ) the exorbitant amount that they want is just not owed. This feels like a personal attack from - - -, because they did n't own this account, until now. They did not file the original judgement.
