i contacted the collection company by writing, phone many of times to verify the debt. they stated i wrote a bad check inwich i obtained records from the bank that there is no ' bad check '. they will not send me any type of verification, they keep sending me statments that i owe the debt.under the laws i thought they have to send me evidence?
