CCS sent me a debt collection notice for a debt I do not recognize. In addition, CCS never sent me a debt validation notice as is required by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Furthermore, CCS has not nor has agreed to provide all relevant contracts and information as to the alleged debt. I do not owe any debt to CCS nor have I ever. In addition, the alleged debt is past the statute of limitations. CCS is flagrantly violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act with their illegal debt collection tactics. Furthermore, they use the website - to imply that it 's some sort of legal action that is taking place. This is deceitful debt collections and is in flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
