AWA is collecting a fraudulant debt. I disputed this with the credit bureaus and AWA responded leaving it on the file and sending me a copy of the promissory note ''. The signature on the note is a clear forgery. I have attached a copy of this note along with a copy of my signature on a recent agreement. They use a small l '' in my last name..I ALWAYS write my name capitalizing the L '' in - -. I print it this way and I sign it this way. The


R '' You can see where they ran - '' together..I ALWAYS sign - - '' I had called this company to see if I would qualify to cosign this note ... but I NEVER went in and signed any promissory note. THIS IS FRAUD.
