I like to pay online ( no one uses checks these days ) but the only way I can pay online is through Western Union speedpay. This service costs an additional $3.00 on an average monthly bill of $50.00. Is it fair to be paying an additional 7 % year in and out on my water bill just so I can pay online? I believe it is outside interference with select inside corrupt employees causing problems as well. I would like to be reinstated and have issues strongly evaluted, resolved and verified on my behalf.
