Hudson City Savings Bank Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure December 21, 2015 - Please help my family stay in our home. I have tried to work out a modification agreement with Hudson City Savings Bank. The loan servicing department does not have any interest in being reasonable. Clearly now that they have been given approval for their merger they no longer care about the homeowners that they are servicing mortgages for. I am sure a bank like - - - does not condone this type of behavior. I have proven without a shadow of doubt that I am back on my feet and able to make a mortgage payment. Hudson City Savings Bank Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure August 20, 2015 - Over the past few years, we have had a difficult time paying our Mortgage with Hudson City Bank due to loss of employment. Note : Hudson City does not fall under the US HARP program. During this time, Hudson City would not lower our mortgage interest rate despite numerous attempts to work with them. We also requested help from other financial institutions, but as we were current on our mortgage we could not qualify.
