Nationwide wants me to sign a modified mortgage agreement which will extend my mortgage for - years at $580.00 a month. I currently have a loan agreement for - years at $610.00 a month. Or I have to make up the difference between the modified amount and normal amount which is $1200.00 or be foreclosed.
