GE Capital Retail Credit card transaction issue May 28, 2015 - Opened card at banana republic. Wanted to pay it off next day. Website was very difficult. Was told by rude representative that card will not be delivered for seven business days, and that I ca n't make payment without incurring a $10.00 fee for a $200.00 bill before getting my card. Upon calling to return the item ; I was denied that option repeatedly despite of their return policy. I called Synchrony bank for assistance, they credit my card but placed the charge back on my account. I submitted proof and they refused to credit my account.
