Ordered online Furniture from - - - and used - credit for item on -/-/15. Account charged -. Merchandise never delivered was told delivery company received it damaged. Have made over - phone calls to - since -/-/15 regarding where the order is. A second set was ordered on -/-/15, Arrived at delivery address on -/-/15 - this set is damaged and in very poor quality condition. Cost with ship ing of this item exceeds $1000.00 and now there are - items on my charge - credit, Synchrony Bank is delaying the process to remove the charges for these items, I still have damaged furniture which I in good faith have tried to remedy, this Company and Bank are not making me whole for the goods purchased and essentialy I was charged 2 months of interest for an item I did not receive at a 23 % finance charge, when I called to complain the - time I was told I would need to produce proof that I paid interest on this item to have the full refund to my account.
