GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
- synchrony bank i purchased a tv online then called this bank to see if i got the 18 mo. no interest. they told me that online purchase did not qualify. i went back to - to cancel well within the - minutes they allow and before the item was shipped. i was able i thought to cancel. the next day i received an email saying it was shipped so i called synchrony bank the person told me to not take delivery so i did that. this is the description of that transaction- - - - - - MN - Date -/-/2015Location - - -, -, AR, - $ - Number - - - - tv they said it would take 60 days to review, well after many calls i am no where near the end. they said the charge would remain in dispute without charge. i do not like to see this - on my statement after - days. i have paid my balance down early to get these people out of my life. i now have overpaid my account minus this charge. i also have a copy of the - tracking of this item stating it was refused and sent back to shipper -/-/2015 which i told the bank. my thoughts are they are kiting this money at my expense.
