GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
On - - 2015, I made - payments of $100.00 each from - separate accounts. - of the transaction was withdrawn from - of my bank accounts. I have statements proving the $100.00 withdrawn that I had faxed to them But my statement from synchrony bank shows that - transactions were reversed. At this point synchrony bank is not willing to give me the credit despite me making the payment. I have called them several times trying to resolve this issue but have gotten nowhere with them.
