GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Opened card at banana republic. Wanted to pay it off next day. Website was very difficult. Was told by rude representative that card will not be delivered for seven business days, and that I ca n't make payment without incurring a $10.00 fee for a $200.00 bill before getting my card. I will be traveling for the next month, at which point I will be in delinquency status, so I 'd like to get this done now. Only there is no way to do it. That seems quite ridiculous and unfair.
