GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
I purchased an item from a retail agency ( - ) and it arrived damaged. Upon calling to return the item ; I was denied that option repeatedly despite of their return policy. I called Synchrony bank for assistance, they credit my card but placed the charge back on my account. I submitted proof and they refused to credit my account. Upon talking with the rep from - I was told that the rep from Synchrony was a friend and he was n't worried about a charge-back. I wrote to the - ; however they stated that they could not force a resolution. I canceled my credit card due to Synchrony does not support its customers.
