GE Capital Retail Credit card department,

Transaction issue Missouri

I had Synchrony Bank/Amazon for two years and constantly had issues with refunds for returned items. Amazon choose to close my account, because I returned too many items ''. Once the account closed I do not have access to view items which I want to return. I sent all the items on my own, because I want to pay this account as soon as possible and do not deal with Amazon any more. I returned all items by - - and still did n't get my refund.
