They are leaving VERY DETAILED information on my parents home phone, my sisters phone and my friends phone stating that this is - - from API and this message is for ( My Name ). - ( My Name ), your agreed upon payment of $170.00 failed to clear your bank and came back as insufficient funds. ROC Asset Solutions, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted employer after asked not to December 5, 2015 - I have been receiving calls from an unknown debt collector. They have not given me any information as to who they are, a physical address, and call me day and night, after I have repeatedly asked to only contact me through mail. Now they have called my work without my permission. I do n't even know how they got my work number, and jeopardizing my job by doing so. ... |
