They have contacted friends on - to obtain my private phone number. I have informed them that I will not speak to them on a recorded line. I have never received anything from them via US Mail. There was an out of court settlement and the matter is confidential. Regardless there should have never been any form of communciation between Allied Interstate or and any third party agency representing - - -. Allied Interstate LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info contacted me instead of my attorney September 2, 2016 - I have been trying to get Allied Interstate/- to communicate with my credit counselor regarding my debt. Despite receiving verbal and written authorization to do so, they still refuse to communicate with him. I have also agreed to a settlement amount of $1500.00, but the last time I spoke with Allied they told me that they could only mail the settlement letter and that they would n't date it for further than 10 days from the day I spoke with them - which would not give me enough time to send the settlement payment.... |
